Reviews from our verified profile on Small Good Stuff.

Jade has supported our son, who has learning disabilities, in a sensitive, caring and supportive way. Her personal skills make her exceptional in this role. She is hard working, inventive and goes above and beyond to support those she works with. Jade is supportive of parents, and our son has enjoyed every moment with her. She has enabled him to develop and grow while ensuring his independence and encouraging his social development. Jade is an outstanding leader who inspires all around her.

I have been working with Aspire Support for nearly 3 months. I’m very happy with how things are going and with Jade, who has experience of working with autism and my special needs. I like that we can go to social groups and do practical things like card making, batch cooking or going for walks together. I feel that Jade understands me when I feel stressed and overwhelmed, and she puts me at ease.

Very supportive, kind and wise. Jade gives me lots of help to plan activities and events that I enjoy. She is very good company and easy to have a laugh with.

Jade was the Team Leader in a house where she supported our special needs son (one of four housemates) for just over two years. During that time she showed herself to be approachable, a highly competent and caring professional. She is a naturally innovative and inspirational individual. She really takes the time to get to know the individual and plan activities accordingly. She regularly went the extra mile and the house became a home. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

For the past two years Jade has been the Team Leader providing support for my daughter in a shared house. During this time we have had total peace of mind, knowing that every aspect of her life has been overseen by a caring, professional, competent lady. Jade is extremely reliable and innovative, making every day fun.
